McKay to Impose Martial Law
Serjeant Hearey to be Tried and Executed

In a stunning, but not unexpected announcement, Judge McKay, after holding office for only two Court Sessions, is preparing to convert The Court of Nisi Prius to a Military Tribunal. McKay laid out his three-point plan:

  1. The A&E Committee now will be just the E Committee;
  2. No more alcohol before Court Sessions except for the Judge and Sjt. Newell; and
  3. All Sjt's. must wear their underwear on the outside, so the Court can check.
