CHAOS AT JONES DAY: Sjt. McCartan announces his "retirement" amid the Enron collapse. Sjt. Weber was caught measuring Sjt. McCartan's office Saturday night. Sjt. Strauch denies any involvement with Enron, says, "I'm expensive, but I'm good." Sjt. Toohey says, "we're just a bunch of uniformly competent people. Lay off of us."
