ONE HUNDRED AND THIRD YEAR SECOND SESSION--REIGN OF MEYER, J.
NOTICE OF MEETING:
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2002, 12:00 noon

Hermit Club -- 1629 Dodge Court -- 216/621-2325

CLERK DISCOVERS MASSIVE FRAUD AND SELF DEALING
MALONE, R. BLAMES "MINI RAY"

Less than one week into his tenure as Clerk, Serjeant Schultz has discovered single entry accounting practices, expense account fabrication, revenue recognition falsification and other shoddy financial controls and procedures regularly employed in the Court's record keeping by the prior Clerk -all in a sad effort to hide his bad habits. These financial practices were hidden through a ridiculous scheme hatched by the former Clerk after watching Serjeant Goodman in last year's Grand Assize.

When confronted with his wrongdoings, Serjeant Malone revealed the existence and culpability of his longtime alter-ego, "Mini Ray." Per Serjeant Malone, "He's so cute and short; Mini Ray just sort of has his way with me." Unfortunately, he has had his way also with the Court's liquid assets and Serjeant Malone's gene pool. Found in his cabana at a prominent Miami hotel, Mini Ray's only comment was, "Yo, Ray Ray, baby, so you take a perp walk for a couple of bucks from some lawyers, we both still got our good looks. Deal with it."

The Court has retained several ex-Arthur Anderson accountants to complete an audit of its records. In the interim, please be sensitive to Serjeant Malone's personal crisis.
