On December 13, 2003, the Meyer Court, with the assistance of Sjt. Barnes, will return to stage Sjt. Sawyer's "re-envisioned" production of "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies" from Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker." Sjt. Meyer promises a performance that will "move every Serjeant and spark emotions hitherto unfelt during Christmastime." Echoing these remarks, Sjt. Sawyer said that the Serjeants should expect "a stage treat not unlike saccharine mixed with syrup of epicac."
