ONE FOR THE AGESThis august (even though it doesn’t meet then) Court is 105 years old. What else enjoys such an advanced age?
We can’t interview a tree or a turtle, but the liver was eager to speak. “Talk about entrapment! Where was I supposed to go?” it reported, not without bile. “Remy Martin, Genesee, Beafeater, you name it -- I’m like a rock at the bottom of Niagara Falls.” Pressed for detail, the liver declined to spill its guts, but confided, “Wait for my book.” Watch for it at Borders: “After The Cuervo Gold Rush: My Story” (Young Pub. Co.). |
